Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Product Shipping Policy

We take pride in the items that we sell. Items usually ship same day, but in some circumstances no later than 5 business days. We will call you if the shipping date is going to be longer than 5 days. Generally speaking, I accept returns or exchanges THIRTY DAYS (30) after reciept of item, if the item is in the Origional Packaging and in New and Resellable Condition.

Return shipping for the Return or exchange of an item shall be paid by you (the customer).

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

If you decide you don't need a part, we don't mind taking it back but we can't recover the shipping cost. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items were in NEW condition when shipped by us and any claims for damage during shipment shall be with the carrier.

Returns go to different locations, depending on the type of part and the reason for the return. You must send the return to the correct location and include the return instructions in the package to receive credit. Check that the parts are complete and in their original unmarked manufacturer part boxes (cores must be returned in the box the new part came in). Put the part boxes in a shipping box - returns sent in just the manufacturer's packaging may not be refundable if the original box is damaged in shipping. Please don't paint the part, install the part or throw away the box until you're sure the part you have is the part you need! Please do not write on or alter the box in any way. We cannot issue return credit for parts which have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original packaging.

Core Return

Remanufactured parts usually have a core charge. The core charge is a deposit that the manufacturer charges us, and which we pass on to you, to encourage the return of old parts to be remanufactured. You pay the core charge when you place your order. If you return the old part to us, we refund the core charge.

To receive credit, cores must be returned within three months of the date your order was placed.
Cores must be complete, rebuildable, fit the same vehicle application and be returned in the box the remanufactured part came in. This means the part you send back needs to have whatever components (like pulleys) came on the remanufactured part. The box helps identify the part and proves to the manufacturer that the core replaces one of their products. Obviously, the core won't be working well (or you wouldn't have replaced it) but it can't be smashed, rusted solid, or otherwise unusable. (We rarely reject a core. If the part came off a running vehicle and just wore out--no problem. But please don't send a part that's been soaking in junkyard mud for 5 years and expect to receive core credit!)
Shipping charges on cores aren't refundable. (Before sending back a core, you'll need to decide if the core deposit is worth the shipping cost.) As with any return, before returning a core you must obtain and follow return instructions.

 

Warranty

The items purchased shall carry a 30 day warranty from the date of reciept. Warranty claims must be handled by calling us at (513) 860-1200, 8am-5pm e.s.t. Monday - Friday. Ask for the parts department and explain that you have an internet sale warranty claim. Warranty is replacement of same item only. All warranties after 30 days shall be handled by the manufacturer. However, please note that customer service and customer satisfaction is important to me. On a case-by-case basis I will do everything I can to ensure that you, the customer, will remain a satisfied customer.
